DOVER, DE - Thanks to his versatile office staff, his two "Cindys" and help from sister-team Herd Racing, Morgan Shepherd will field his #89 Faith Motorsports Chevrolet with nearly a full crew this weekend.Shannon Feldmann, a former ARCA Re/Max Series team owner, and Shepherd's current secretary in the office, will serve as the team's temporary crew chief. Her previous track duties this year have included everything from spotter to tire catcher so another title isn't anything new for the racing veteran.Shepherd's daughter and ministry director, Cindy Caldwell, as well as his wife, Cindy Shepherd, will also help keep the wheels turning during the team's trip to the Monster Mile.Herd Racing, Faith's sister race organization, will also send drivers Brett Rowe and Chad Beahr to help prepare the car, as well as spotter Joe Gilley. In addition to Craig Partee, a longtime Shepherd supporter, and a few other volunteer crew members, Shepherd said he should be in pretty good hands."The car should be pretty good," he said. "We have had plenty of time to work on it. I think we should be OK at Dover."Forty-four cars are attempting to crack the 43-car starting field at the one-mile concrete oval on Saturday.
Great Job everyone!!!!!!!
